Google Adsense is a good way for all Bloggers and Website Owners to earn money. You don’t need to have a high traffic website to use adsense. The program is absolutely free. All you need is a Google Login Id. Adsense combines a Pay-Per-Click PPC and Pay-Per-Impression PPM advertising. You need to submit your Tax Information and other details when you sign up. You can signup for adsense irrespective of your country. The difficult thing is the min payout of $100 which is a big milestone for beginners. It can take beginners up to a year for reaching the minimum payout of $100. If you are not residing in US, you can opt for payment via Check option. Checks will be delivered to the address you have given. There is also and EFT – Electronic Funds transfer available for certain countries.

Adsense provided many different options for monetizing your site or blog.

1. Adsense for content – Relevant ads are displayed on your website and you get paid for every click. The good thing about adsense is that the ads displayed on your site are related to the site’s content. This means, there are more chances of visitors clicking on any ad.
2. Google Search – By displaying a Google search box on your website, you can earn money by displaying Google Ads on the Search Results Page.
3. Adsense Video Units (This has been discontinued)- You can embed Youtube videos on your website. Ads are displayed while viewing the videos and you get money for every click.
4. Adsense for Feeds – This allows you to display relevant ads for your Feeds which Google manages for you.
5. Adsense for Parked Domains – If you have a parked domain, try google ads on it.

So if you have a website or a blog, don’t waste time. Go ahead and earn money using Adsense. Each day without ads is a significant monetary loss. Google Adsense is reliable, trust worthy and good in all ways when compared to other Advertising Networks. Many advertising networks have minimum traffic requirements whereas google ads have no minimum traffic requirements. It can be used on any site whether the traffic is high or insignificant.

Google treats fraudulent click activity very seriously. So don’t even think of clicking on  your own ads or asking your friends and relatives to do the same. your account will be banned in no time. You will regret it later because no other advertising network can replace Google Adsense.

There are other alternatives to Google Adsense like Widgetbucks, Adbrite and Bidvertiser. Both have low payouts compared to Adsense but their ads don’t pay you as much as Google Ads.
